Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Meshages, made by Aeon Products Inc. By using Meshages you agree to them, together with Apple's terms for TestFlight or, once it is on the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The app
Meshages is licensed to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control. It is not sold to you. Aeon owns the app, its code and its design, and keeps all rights not granted here. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms.
Beta
While Meshages is on TestFlight, it is a test version. Features may change, stop working or go away, and messages and settings may be lost.
Not for emergencies
Meshages does not contact emergency services. Messages and alerts can be delayed or lost. Do not rely on Meshages when safety depends on it. Carry another way to call for help.
Radios and the law
Radio rules differ from place to place. You are responsible for using your radio legally where you are, including any licence or permission it needs.
What you send
What you send is yours, and you are responsible for it. Do not use Meshages to break the law or harm anyone. Anything you send can be received and kept by others, and Aeon cannot recall or delete it.
Your position
Sharing your position is your choice. Positions, distances and directions are estimates and may be out of date. Do not use them for navigation where a mistake could hurt you.
Radios from other companies
Meshages works with goTenna Mesh radios. goTenna Mesh is a registered trademark of goTenna, Inc. Meshages is not affiliated with or endorsed by goTenna, Inc., and your radio is covered by the terms of whoever made it.
As is
Meshages is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time. To the extent the law allows, Aeon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost messages or data, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. Using Meshages after a change means you accept the new terms.
